Hello my love! How was your year? Did you accomplish all that you set out to accomplish? Were you able to track your progress in your journey to keep you encouraged to keep going? Or maybe there was so much shift happening in your life that you weren't able to get done all that you may have wanted to? Or maybe you created a vision board and well, things didn't quite happen as you had envisioned it to?
Take a breath because it's all good. I'm here to help! I've been where you are. I set all of these goals, create these elaborate vision boards. I name it and claim it and well, life happens. Things get in the way. Time flies and before I knew what hit me, the year was over and new one was coming fast. Then I yell, "Happy New Year!!" "New Year, New Me", "This is my year y'all". Oh and so many more. Never really happened that way. The issue was, I didn't take the proper steps to truly give myself time, space, accountability, etc.
So this sacred year in review is for you to get what you need to be able to make this your best year full of flow, manifestation, pleasure and whatever else you need more of in your life!
What Comes With This Session?
You Have 2 Options!
First option: The reading only session you will receive a very detailed reading where we look at what happened this year and then what you should focus your energy on in the new year. This reading is designed to help you put a plan together to help you start your new year off right. This reading isn't predicting your year. My readings are energetically prescriptive. So we are looking at the energy of both the current year and possibly for the new year.
Now if you want to go a little deeper, I got you! The second option spands into 3 60 minutes sessions with me:
Session #1: 60 Minute Reading as described above
Session #2: 60 Minute Energy Healing Session (the reiki session itself is roughly 30 minutes) Beginning of the session 15 min and the debrief 15 minutes
Session #3: 60 minute coaching session. This is the planning portion where we take a look at the reading, the reiki session notes and begin to plan for your next Sacred Year
There are opportunities for you to add on additional coaching sessions to help you have some support and accountability for that roadmap you just received from the initial reading and planning session.
